I am satisfied with the services and the administration. The services that I appreciate mostly such as the security service, parking, cleanliness and waste care are very well managed and as a result we live in a very clean environment. I have three kids of different ages and the three of them are very happy that we live here. With the security team around the residence we feel safe and the children can go out without needing supervision from an adult. Children have made many new friends with whom they spend a lot of time.

It is a very clean environment and adorned with an awesome greenery. Kids have a wonderful time playing out in the nature. Everything is perfect.

The Residence operates efficiently, it has a private architecture, the spaces are harmonious, the closeness to nature is a strong asset and the administration is good. I have a 2 years old child and the green spaces here are an escape, not only for the children, but it is also quite relaxing for us the adults.

The architecture is unique, the common space is beautifully harmonized while preserving privacy and at the same time not giving the idea of a secluded and suffocating environment. The first feeling when we have started to live here, was the feeling of being safe, calm and above all we were free from the chaos and city noises.

Apartamentin e kemi shtëpinë tonë të dytë, sepse jetojmë në Prishtinë, por jam shumë i lumtur që kemi investuar në ‘’Kodrën e Diellit’’ e jo në një shtëpi në plazh. Apartamenti te ‘’Kodra e Diellit’’ më plotëson edhe nevojën e pushimit jashtë shtëpisë.

We are happy for being residents of “Kodra e Diellit” for six years. The importance of living in a quiet area, away from noise and pollution of city center is appreciated by us every day. It is a perfect area for those who prioritize spaces, closeness to nature and greenery areas, surveillance and maximum security, and it is located nearby the center of the city.

Everything is well organised. Every service and facility is close by. For our family is very important the safety of our little children who play outside in the Residence parks.

Safety here is the key point. You feel homely and comfortable about everything especially about the offered services of the residence.
