Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to kodraediellit.com, in accordance with Albanian Law no. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection”.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Kodra e Diellit Residence, with offices at Rr. e Manjolave, Godina Flutur, Tirana. For any question or request about your personal data, write to info@kodraediellit.com or call +355 67 206 4402.

2. What data we collect and why

“Book Appointment” form

When you fill in the form we collect: first name, last name, email, phone number, transaction type (purchase or rent), property type and preferences, the notes you write, the page you sent the request from and whether you would like to receive offers.

We use this data only to contact you about your request and to arrange the meeting. The legal basis is your request for information before a possible contract. If you tick the relevant box, we also send you offers related to your request, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (e.g. pages visited, device, approximate location). If you click “Reject” or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Technical data

When you open the website, your browser connects to our server and to external services that deliver the site's fonts, styles and scripts (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr). These services receive your IP address, because they cannot deliver the content without it. Posts from our Instagram account are shown on the home page and are loaded from Meta Platforms. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set cookies until you watch the video.

3. Who we share data with

• Formspree (USA) – the service that forwards form messages to our email.
• Google – only for Google Analytics and only after your consent.
• Our sales and rental team, only to respond to your request.

We do not sell your data. Some of these providers may process data outside Albania; in such cases we rely on the safeguards required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep form data for as long as needed to respond to your request and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless we enter into a contract and the law requires longer retention. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@kodraediellit.com.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (www.idp.al).

6. Cookies

The website only stores your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after consent and are deleted if you later reject them.
